One of the bedrooms has access to a spacious balcony, offering a view of the entire cottage village. It is the perfect place to spend personal time in a calm and cozy atmosphere.
The plot, covering 1132 m², is landscaped with a meticulously designed landscape plan. The territory includes an automatic lawn irrigation system, drainage system, decorative elements, and lighting.
